Surya Auto Plastech Pvt. Ltd. is the parent company behind the popular brand “Surya Jeevan.” We are leading manufacturers of HDPE pipes, headquartered in Madhya Pradesh, India. Our product range includes drip irrigation systems, sprinkler irrigation systems, HDPE pipes, and fittings for several industries. We have years of experience and a strong history in making plastic piping solutions. We continue to improve and expand our product range to meet the growing infrastructure needs.

Our State-of-the-art Infrastructure

Our modern infrastructure in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, is well-organized into various departments such as manufacturing, R&D, warehousing, and quality testing. Our manufacturing unit has fully automatic HDPE pipe extrusion machines that help us produce a wide range of durable piping solutions. At present, we have:
4 automatic HDPE pipe extrusion lines making pipes from 20 mm to 110 mm
1 extrusion line for sprinkler pipes in sizes 12 mm, 14 mm, and 16 mm

This setup can produce about 900–1100 MT per month. In 2025, we added 2 new extrusion machines that can make bigger HDPE pipes, from 110 mm to 630 mm, with an extra capacity of 700–800 MT per month. These large pipes are mainly used in big water supply schemes for villages, towns, and cities, especially in government projects.
